Kevin is a global marketing and communications executive with deep experience in large, mid- and small-sized businesses. Over the past 10 years, he has been the CMO at SaaS and Fintech firms ADP, National Funding, and Kyriba with a track record of accelerating sales, building robust lead generation pipelines, elevating brand awareness, and developing new revenue streams through strategic relationships.

As the senior vice president of the Research and Knowledge Group for the National Restaurant Association, Hudson Riehle directs the Association’s consumer, economic, market, human resources, tourism and operations research. He also oversees its extensive knowledge center activities.

Frequently cited by major national and international news organizations and appearing on national television broadcasts, he has authored a variety of articles and serves as an information source and spokesperson for the restaurant and hospitality industry.

Riehle received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Skidmore College in New York and his Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Appointed by the Secretary of Labor, he has been a member of the Bureau of Labor Statistics’ Business Research Advisory Council; a former Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Alexandria (Va.) Convention and Visitors Association; a member of the Center for Food Integrity Consumer Research Advisory Panel and the Wharton Executive Advisory Panel. He is included in the current edition of Who’s Who in America.

Emma Blecker is a Restaurant Executive originally hailing from Brooklyn, NY. Emma grew up working in bustling NYC restaurants since the age of 15. She moved to the UK in 2009, and after graduating from the University of London, went on to work for esteemed Chefs and Restaurateurs, including Richard & Oliver Gladwin (The Shed, Rabbit, Nutbourne), Michelin-starred Chef Adam Byatt (Trinity, Upstairs, Bistro Union), and James Beard Award-Winner Gabrielle Hamilton, Chef and owner of the acclaimed Prune in NYC.

In 2018, Emma joined the Boqueria team as Chief of Staff, later becoming Director of Business Systems with a focus on Data Analytics and Process Scaling.

Outside of work, Emma is a passionate cook, writer, hiker, and animal enthusiast. She enjoys spending her weekends with her husband and flock of animals at their upstate sanctuary, including their hound dog, Oberon, and their pet pig, Puck.

As a senior client success manager for SpotOn Teamwork, Caitlin works with restaurant owners and operators to make people management easier, more efficient, and a lot less stressful. When a restaurant is ready to introduce SpotOn Teamwork into their operation, Caitlin provides the tools and support a restaurant team needs to ensure they’re trained and ready to use SpotOn Teamwork to streamline their scheduling, labor compliance, tip distribution, and payroll. She also oversees support, and the combo of support and implementation sets her up well to aid in feature development and stay in touch with those working in the industry.

Prior to joining the team, Caitlin was part of the restaurant team where SpotOn Teamwork’s scheduling and labor management technology was developed, where she was an employee and manager. With a background in restaurant management, Caitlin has spent 12+ years working in various roles, including host, busser, runner, expo, server, sommelier, shift manager, and general manager/director.
