More sales. Less kitchen chaos.

The goal
Necio Mexican Kitchen is just the first concept for Vision Hospitality, which will include a taqueria and cocina concept in the future. This means that at Necio, they have to get the formula right. Director of Operations Jose Gurrola needed a flexible POS system that could adapt to their expansive tequila menu, help boost kitchen efficiency, and increase the speed of service.
The solution
By switching to SpotOn, Necio found a customizable restaurant POS with a menu set up so no tortilla or side of salsa went uncounted. That translated to an increase in sales and, combined with a KDS, increased efficiency in the kitchen. Scalability means as Vision Hospitality grows, so will their SpotOn tech.

“My old point-of-sale was transactional. SpotOn’s functionalities go above and beyond—and there's still a ton of other features that I have yet to explore.”

The brunch shift at Necio Mexican Kitchen is no joke. The team knows the more organized the kitchen, the faster the chilaquiles come out. From the extensive tequila menu to the pozole, Necio Mexican Kitchen offers authenticity and variety in equal measure.
