Shorter wait times at Pat’s
A local favorite reimagines their reservations

The goal
When a hurricane forced the restaurant to close for repairs, Pat’s of Henderson took the opportunity to reimagine their front-of-house operations. With a loyal following of locals and tourists alike, Pat’s needed to make sure they could accommodate guests without overwhelming their kitchen and staff.
The solution
Pat’s implemented a reservation system , reducing wait times. Going reservations-only meant Pat’s could efficiently manage the flow of orders to the kitchen so every guest got their meal on time.

“I don’t know how anybody opens a high-demand restaurant without something like SpotOn. Without that tech, I would have a two-hour wait and guests complaining every night.”

Pat’s of Henderson knows that making great food with short wait times is a balancing act. Cajun food can’t be rushed, which is why Pat’s needed to consider kitchen bandwidth before opening up to walk-ins. A reservation system presented another option and became Pat’s saving grace during its grand reopening.
